This condo is an end unit located at 16 North 700 East in American Fork, Utah. The townhome project is called Wood Haven Condos. The HOA fee is only $70 a month, which is the cheapest HOA you’ll find for a project of this quality.

Some of the best things about this condo in particular are:

1. Covered car port (only 1/2 the units in this development have carports)

2. Grassy backyard (nearly 90% “DON’T have grass in the backyard)

3. End unit (there are only 10 units out of 27 that are an end unit)

4. Pets allowed

5. Easy to rent, rent to own, or purchase outright, we’re very flexible since we don’t really need the money
